Vip free welcome and transfert from Puerto Plata Airport to the hotel
• Arrive in style at Casa Colonial Beach & Spa in the Dominican Republic with the VIP Welcome package, including priority customs processing, personal escort and assistance with baggage and private transfer to the hotel. Upon arrival in Puerto Plata, guests will be welcomed at the VIP lounge where they can enjoy refreshments and cocktails as they wait for customs processing, passport control and tourist cards. In addition, a personal assistant from the hotel will assist in bag retrieval. Casa Colonial Beach and Spa Wedding Rules:

- At least 20 rooms need to be booked by the wedding party.
- Party must book one of our package settings (Veranda, gazebo ect) as well as pick a menu option (Buffet or A la Carte)
- Our offer do not include the rent of all silverware and chinaware. Client must use one of our recommended decorators
- Uncorking services are not applicable/allowed during these events. (Permitted only for 1 bottle of wine/champagne used for the bridal toast)
- Music can only be played until 12:30am, we recommend to start the reception early.
- In order to confirm the space, party must deposit 20% of the total forecasted invoice and sign our contract.
